Terms of use

Last updated 8 November 2026

By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.

Status of Africa Freeport

Africa Freeport is in development. It is not yet a licensed freeport, free-zone operator or bonded warehouse. Any storage is provided by independent partner facilities under separate terms, which will be shared with you before you commit.

Memberships and subscriptions

  • Founding Membership and Vault subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Benefits relating to the future facility, such as priority allocation and founding rates, depend on that facility opening. They do not guarantee that it will open by a particular date.

Advisory and logistics

Advisory sessions are general guidance, not legal, tax or investment advice. Logistics, storage and insurance services are provided by independent partners. We coordinate them and may earn a disclosed fee or commission.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload to the Vault. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, including handling stolen or illicitly exported property or laundering money.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
