What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, country, role, interests, and the details of logistics requests.
- Payment information, handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- For Vault users: the collection records, images and documents you choose to upload.
- For storage clients (in future): identity and due-diligence information required by our compliance policy.
How we use it

- To send updates about Africa Freeport. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, anti-money-laundering and provenance obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and Vault records are private to you unless you choose to share them.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run our services: Convex (database and file storage), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Cal.com (bookings). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, laws such as Rwanda’s Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, or the GDPR, may give you further rights.
